David Davis was beyond helpful in my girlfriend and I's search for a new apartment. First, we were able to give David an idea of some specific qualities we were looking for in a place, then one quick search for him and 6 showings later we had found the perfect apartment! One thing I really valued about David's professionalism was that he was taking as many mental notes as possible when showing us the apartments. As a renter, sometimes you can miss certain qualities of the apartments during a viewing, but David was able to make sure we noticed 100% of the positive and negative aspects of each apartment viewed. I and my husband had been talking about buying a house for months. So 4 months prior to our rental lease expiration, we connected with Brian. He also came highly recommended by one of our friends.
