We recently moved, buying a smaller simplex condo and selling our duplex down condo. We used Dean Ramino of the Moon Group at Keller Williams as our Real Estate Consultant, which in hindsight was a great choice. Dean constantly exceeded our expectations and was a great resource in helping a us find a condo that met our location, unit and building requirements. He was very patient and persistent in showing us various possibilities. He was creative in putting together an offer that helped win a bidding war without over spending on the purchase price. After succsessfully closing on our purchase Dean also helped us sell our condo. He rearranged our room furniture to enhance the pictures for the listing. They were minor changes but made a great improvement on making the rooms more attractive and inviting. He was persistent in encouraging us to replace our kitchen backsplash and the results were key to making the kitchen much brighter. His market analysis and resulting asking price, which met our expectations, resulted in our condo going under contract four days after listing for the asking price. Dean has a good support team of loan officers, attorneys, contractors and movers. Dean has great interpersonal skills and we feel very fortunate in having him guide us through a process that could have been extremely more stressful without his calming help and support.

I and my husband had been talking about buying a house for months. So 4 months prior to our rental lease expiration, we connected with Brian. He also came highly recommended by one of our friends. During all the showings, (Oh, and the first day had 10!) Brian kept taking us through the qualities of each house that fit our vision and those that did not. Apart from understanding our preferences of location, kind and style of house, Brian also helped us figure out so many other things that we as first time buyers were inept with. He is not only an expert at what he does but is personable, focused and fun!

Every member of the team we interacted with (Liz Oyarzun and Quinn Keller) was knowledgeable, patient and personable as well. Throughout the process, the whole team has been very prompt and helping. Because of this we could place a bid on a condo that had just become available and now, we have a beautiful home that we absolutely love.

We worked with Dean to buy a 2-flat that our previous realtor (different firm) was overly eager to get us to buy. As first-time buyers, my wife and I had a lot to learn in a short amount of time as we were trying to buy when interest rates were at rock-bottom numbers. Previously working with another realtor, we felt she didn’t provide enough where she should have and we felt very rushed/ill-informed when we found something that we really liked. After a lot of discussion, we decided to drop her for Dean after getting a referral from family. What a difference!

Dean listened carefully to what we had to say, was patient with every listing we checked out and with all of our newbie questions, and worked diligently to make sure we were thoroughly educated every step of the way. Dean made us feel comfortable both as a person and as a knowledgeable professional — he has a great down-to-business but friendly personality that we really appreciated. His resources/contacts and his firm The Moon Group have all been excellent with their services. From before, during, and after the buying process, our entire experience has been a great one. Dean really impressed us in more ways than we could have hoped for in a realtor and we wish we had found him sooner.
