We worked with Dean as our Real Estate agent throughout the entirety of our home buying experience. Dean was informative and insightful in helping us understand the different options and which homes would best fit our needs. Once we started seriously looking at homes and scheduling walkthroughs he was patient in helping us sort through the many options and understanding where the best value for us would be now and in the future. We ended up purchasing a condo we love and Dean was with us every step of the way!

We had been looking at houses on and off for a few years, but Brian, Quinn and team never gave up on us. When we found the one, The Moon Group made buying our home such a smooth experience. We worked with Dean to buy a 2-flat that our previous realtor (different firm) was overly eager to get us to buy. As first-time buyers, my wife and I had a lot to learn in a short amount of time as we were trying to buy when interest rates were at rock-bottom numbers. Previously working with another realtor, we felt she didn’t provide enough where she should have and we felt very rushed/ill-informed when we found something that we really liked. After a lot of discussion, we decided to drop her for Dean after getting a referral from family. What a difference!

Dean listened carefully to what we had to say, was patient with every listing we checked out and with all of our newbie questions, and worked diligently to make sure we were thoroughly educated every step of the way. Dean made us feel comfortable both as a person and as a knowledgeable professional — he has a great down-to-business but friendly personality that we really appreciated. His resources/contacts and his firm The Moon Group have all been excellent with their services. From before, during, and after the buying process, our entire experience has been a great one. Dean really impressed us in more ways than we could have hoped for in a realtor and we wish we had found him sooner. Even after closing Dean still keeps in touch, showing his intent to keeping a lasting relationship — we will definitely be back once we are ready to tackle the next investment!

Dean could not have been more helpful as we purchased our home. He patiently took us through multiple showings, linked us up with a contractor when we were considering buying a home that needed significant work, and helped us talk through all our options to pick the home that made the most sense for us. He called us often to check in after we made an offer and helped us negotiate until our offer was accepted. He is honest, responsive, and we would recommend him to anyone starting this process. His assistant Quinn was just as wonderful.

Picking a real estate agent is an important choice and Brian went above and beyond to really get to know us and our needs and help us find a perfect fit. Michelle was great! She has extensive knowledge of the Chicago market and was kind enough to work around our schedule being from out of town. Michelle set up and toured 20+ properties over a span of three days before we ended up signing on one. Highly recommend Michelle and The Moon Group to any 1st time renter or buyer

Dean Ramoino worked with my Wife and I for months to find our perfect home. He eventually got a lead that a place would be coming on the market in the near future that he knew would be ideal for us. He managed to negotiate a deal to allow us to secure the house at asking price in a bidding war market. Couldn't recommend Dean enough.

2024 update - Dean and his group helped us sell our condo so we could move across country. The timing was difficult with winter, interest rates, and aggressive pricing. Dean was encouraging even when we were frustrated and his strategy was successful. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
