I was in search for a relator as a first time home owner and received a referral for Dean Ramoino. Dean was perfect. He explained every aspect of the home search and home buying process. He immediately understood what features I was looking for in a condo and I never felt pressured to go above my means. He was always communitive; he kept me in the loop as I was searching and setting up viewings and also throughout the entire purchase. As a first time home buyer I did not have an attorney or inspector and he was able to explain why they are necessary and make referrals; both were terrific. We were first time buyers, and what was so fantastic is his ability to listen and understand what we were looking for, his knowledge of the areas and properties we looked at, and how our needs matched with what we could afford. Many occasions we asked, "what would you do if you were us?" He never told us what to do, but he always accentuated the positives about the properties we considered.

We worked with Dean to buy a 2-flat that our previous realtor (different firm) was overly eager to get us to buy. As first-time buyers, my wife and I had a lot to learn in a short amount of time as we were trying to buy when interest rates were at rock-bottom numbers. Previously working with another realtor, we felt she didn’t provide enough where she should have and we felt very rushed/ill-informed when we found something that we really liked.
