Elizabeth Oyarzun was my realtor throughout my home purchasing experience. She was attentive to my needs, and was always available to answer questions that I had. It was my first home purchase so I appreciated the industry experience that she provided. In addition, she wasn't pushy and was very patient. I was looking for ~2 years (due to market conditions) and she never showed any bit of fatigue or impatience. In addition, after I closed on a home, Elizabeth went the extra mile by connecting me with contractors to help me with refurbishing items. We recently moved, buying a smaller simplex condo and selling our duplex down condo. They were minor changes but made a great improvement on making the rooms more attractive and inviting. He was persistent in encouraging us to replace our kitchen backsplash and the results were key to making the kitchen much brighter. His market analysis and resulting asking price, which met our expectations, resulted in our condo going under contract four days after listing for the asking price. Dean has a good support team of loan officers, attorneys, contractors and movers. Dean has great interpersonal skills and we feel very fortunate in having him guide us through a process that could have been extremely more stressful without his calming help and support.
