I had the pleasure working with Michelle Herz from the Moon Realty Group. Michelle's expertise without a doubt lies within Chicago real estate, as she always gave me informative and in-depth answers to the questions I've raised in our search for apartments during the winter. Michelle remained dedicated to my search for an apartment at the time of the year where inventory for rentals is extremely scarce and still managed to help me find the home from where I type this review today. Could not have asked for a better advocate during this search.

We were recommended Brian Moon by a friend of ours, and we are very happy we went with him as our agent. He and his team were both helpful and friendly throughout the process.

Brian took us out to 10 places on our first day. His experience as a Real Estate Agent but also his perspective as a General Contractor gave us a lot to think about that we might not have otherwise. I also recommend that you give his contacts serious consideration, because we are very happy with the lender he recommended. Brian was out of town during the week we found and made an offer on the place we ended up going with, but he was there during the final inspection and found an issue that the actual inspector missed, getting us a bit more cash back at closing (Brian's General Contractor experience coming in handy).

During the course of our 1 month search for a place, we interacted with almost all the team members of the Moon Group. David Davis and Dean Ramoino were both accessible for home viewings on short notice. In fact, I saw our home go up on the market at 7 PM on a Thursday and we were able to see it first thing the next morning.

That is due to Quinn Keller, the Executive Assistant. She was the most helpful, and accessible person during the process of closing. This was our first home and fast answers are a huge comfort.

Anyway, I strongly recommend going with the Moon Group if you are looking for a house.

Brian Moon is highly experienced in his field. Very knowledgeable about the housing market around the Chicago area. He was very patient with us since we cannot decide about our transition from house to condo living. He understands that this is a very hard permanent decision for me and my husband. He stuck with us after 2 blown deals and found us our beautiful forever home. And because of this We trust him also in possible sale of our house.

So thankful that we stumbled across Dean years ago. When we were in the market to both sell our old unit and purchase a new one we knew Dean was our guy. He’s so extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the home buying process. He asks all the right questions and looks for details only someone with his skill set would be on the lookout for. If you have the opportunity to tap Dean and The Moon Group for your home buying/selling needs you should jump at the opportunity.

David was great all across the board. From the initial showings till closing, David was there every step of the way. Matter of fact, Brian Moon was also involved in the the whole process and really made me feel like family. The Moon group all around is just very knowledgeable and have great connections to lenders and lawyers as well. I am very thankful I met Brian to a random showing through Zillow and was introduced to the Moon Group. Huge thanks to Brian, Dave and Quinn for all the efforts in helping me find my home.
