We recently moved, buying a smaller simplex condo and selling our duplex down condo. We used Dean Ramino of the Moon Group at Keller Williams as our Real Estate Consultant, which in hindsight was a great choice. Dean constantly exceeded our expectations and was a great resource in helping a us find a condo that met our location, unit and building requirements. He was very patient and persistent in showing us various possibilities. He was creative in putting together an offer that helped win a bidding war without over spending on the purchase price. After succsessfully closing on our purchase Dean also helped us sell our condo. He rearranged our room furniture to enhance the pictures for the listing. They were minor changes but made a great improvement on making the rooms more attractive and inviting. He was persistent in encouraging us to replace our kitchen backsplash and the results were key to making the kitchen much brighter. His market analysis and resulting asking price, which met our expectations, resulted in our condo going under contract four days after listing for the asking price. Dean has a good support team of loan officers, attorneys, contractors and movers. Dean has great interpersonal skills and we feel very fortunate in having him guide us through a process that could have been extremely more stressful without his calming help and support.

We are very happy that we got in touch with Brian to help us buy our first home. We moved to the country a few years ago and were totally foreign to the real estate market in Chicago. His ability to educate us throughout the process without making us uncomfortable or overwhelmed is outstanding.
