We worked with Dean to buy a 2-flat that our previous realtor (different firm) was overly eager to get us to buy. As first-time buyers, my wife and I had a lot to learn in a short amount of time as we were trying to buy when interest rates were at rock-bottom numbers. Previously working with another realtor, we felt she didn’t provide enough where she should have and we felt very rushed/ill-informed when we found something that we really liked. After a lot of discussion, we decided to drop her for Dean after getting a referral from family. What a difference!
