I was in search for a relator as a first time home owner and received a referral for Dean Ramoino. Dean was perfect. He explained every aspect of the home search and home buying process. He immediately understood what features I was looking for in a condo and I never felt pressured to go above my means. He was always communitive; he kept me in the loop as I was searching and setting up viewings and also throughout the entire purchase. As a first time home buyer I did not have an attorney or inspector and he was able to explain why they are necessary and make referrals; both were terrific. Dean made sure I understood everything and explained it in terms that I understood and was great when it came to negotiating a price.

He is also a fun guy to chat and hang out while you wait around waiting to get in to condos! Very personable and nice to be around.
