We were first time buyers, and what was so fantastic is his ability to listen and understand what we were looking for, his knowledge of the areas and properties we looked at, and how our needs matched with what we could afford. Many occasions we asked, "what would you do if you were us?" He never told us what to do, but he always accentuated the positives about the properties we considered.
