I would highly recommend Dean Ramoino as a Real Estate Consultant. Dean worked with us to both purchase a condo and sell our condo. He has excellent interpersonal skills. He was patient, a good listener and he wanted to make sure that he knew what we wanted, not something he thought we wanted. On the purchasing side, Dean was very creative in helping us put together a successful offer. On the selling side, he was a calming influence when dealing with unexpected (to us) issues. His experience reassured us that these were typical delays, etc. His experience also came into play as he recommended replacing the kitchen backsplash which we were reluctant to do. He was proactive in helping us choose a tile and went over and above by picking the tile up and putting it in our condo. In the end, replacing the backsplash make the kitchen brighter and more than likely helped with the quick sale of our condo. Dean has assembled a qualified team of support: loan officers, attorneys and contractors. I felt that throughout the buying and selling process, Dean was a consummate professional and treated us as family and his concern for us and our move was genuine. The Moon Group was very organized and supportive.
