2024 update - Dean and his group helped us sell our condo so we could move across country. The timing was difficult with winter, interest rates, and aggressive pricing. Dean was encouraging even when we were frustrated and his strategy was successful. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Our family sold and bought at the peak of the crazy this past June, and could not have done it without Dean! With small kids in the house we were able to sell for over asking before our scheduled open house! And then, we feel in love with the first house we went to see, and Dean made the dream a reality helping us beat out 21 offers to close! Dean was a huge asset to have for both our Buy and Sell process. With such a crazy market right now, seeing properties go contingent within hours of listing, it was great to have Dean and his team to find and get our dream home. For both Buy and Sell we were able to get our contracts in and approved the same day as the showings, AMAZING. Dean worked hard to make sure things got done and didn’t let things linger on, which of course makes a stressful situation much easier. My boyfriend and I were looking for a rental option for our new lease but are VERY specific about something modern, nice, good area, and we were not disappointed by the Moon Group, specifically David Davis! He was beyond patient with our list of wants and even exceeded some. He knows the Chicago market, isn’t pushy about budget, and also makes the experience fun. We will be coming back to him in a year or two when we finally decide to buy!

Dean could not have been more helpful as we purchased our home. My job decreased our pay during the Covid-19 pandemic and I could no longer afford my high-rise Chicago condo. Working with The Moon Group was a wonderful experience, especially for my first time selling. I worked side by side with Dean and Quinn as they kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had. I felt certain there was no way my condo would sell during a pandemic but the team was determined and we came out on top at the end. Dean is extremely personable, reliable, and dedicated to his clients' needs.
