Quinn Keller serves as the Director of Operations for the Moon Group, where she oversees the strategic systems and daily functions that drive the team’s success. Since joining Brian in 2019 as an Executive Assistant, Quinn has been instrumental in scaling the business, evolving her role alongside the team’s rapid growth.
Her professional foundation is rooted in high-level customer service, beginning in the hospitality industry before transitioning into real estate-adjacent sectors. Quinn managed complex logistics in the vacation rental market in Maui, Hawaii, and later specialized in condo association management upon relocating to Chicago. This diverse background allows her to approach operations with a unique blend of “big picture” strategy and meticulous attention to detail.
Originally from the Minneapolis area, Quinn is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She currently resides in Logan Square with her husband, their son, and cat Mochi. Away from work, she recharges by enjoying Chicago’s music and restaurant scenes, gardening, or diving into a bingeworthy TV show.
